JULY 1 INCIDENT RESOLVED

The July 1 domain issue that caused the Rubi Network system to be down for nearly 20 hours is a stark reminder of the risks that can come from many unpredictable factors. The development team has now completed the fix for this issue and the global Rubi miner community can return to mining.

FOR ANDROID DEVICES:

An automatic update has been added, but if your device does not update automatically, please update manually from the Google Play app store. Find the app version on July 1.

FOR IOS DEVICES:

The update was sent by the development team on July 1, pending release approval, which may take some time as prescribed by the Appstore. If your device has not found the update, please wait a little longer.

To avoid similar incidents in the future, RUBI Team has added a list of official domains and a flexible transition mechanism between official domains, which helps to limit domain-related disruptions. In addition, publishing the list of official domains also helps protect the Rubimily community from fake links.
